Your quote enquiry

The quote builder prepares a draft locally in your browser. Nothing is submitted automatically. We receive your enquiry only when you send it through your email service. The builder does not save your draft in browser storage; reloading or closing the page discards it.

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to answer your request, discuss an appropriate configuration and manage any resulting business relationship. Your and our email providers also process the message in order to deliver it. Please do not include patient records, credentials or other confidential material in an initial sales enquiry.

Technical requests and cookies

Your browser requests the site’s pages, fonts and assets from the infrastructure serving this website. That infrastructure can receive technical request data, such as your IP address, request time and browser information, for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

The application does not install analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Its fonts and visual assets are served with the site. The interactive examples contain fictional documents and do not call an AI service.

Links and external services

Links to other websites and the email-draft action leave this website. The providers you choose have their own privacy terms. The website’s privacy behaviour does not describe every possible Sentinel appliance configuration: remote access, email, payments and backups must be scoped separately.

Retention and your requests

We retain correspondence as needed to handle your enquiry or business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about your personal information, request access or correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Tell us enough to identify the relevant correspondence without sending sensitive records unnecessarily.
