Your practice. In good hands.

An electronic medical record and practice workspace, built around local AI. Bring scheduling, care documentation and the work that follows a session together on hardware you control.

Sentinel EMR. Part of the Sentinel family.

Care has a rhythm.

    In person or by video

  3. 03
    Draft on your appliance

    Local transcription & AI notes

  4. 04

01 / The practice day

Room for the
whole practice.

Good documentation belongs in the flow of care. Sentinel EMR connects the work before, during and after a visit, with a person responsible for the final record.

01Before the visit

Start with the person, not the paperwork.

Keep client records, intake and consent documents alongside scheduling. Give the practice a place to prepare, rather than another disconnected file to find.

Client records · Intake & consent · Scheduling

02During the session

Keep your attention in the room.

Support in-person care and telehealth. With appropriate consent, recordings can become local transcripts and AI-drafted notes in the clinician’s template.

Telehealth · Consented recording · Local transcription

03Afterwards

A draft is the starting point. You sign off.

The clinician reviews and edits the draft before approving the note. Billing, client messaging and follow-up sit alongside the documentation workflow.

02 / Know where the work happens

Local where
it matters.

Transcription and AI note drafting run on the appliance. Your deployment plan also needs to account for the services around them.

On your appliance

  • Local transcription of consented recordings
  • AI-drafted notes for clinician review
  • The practice workspace and its clinical records

Connections we scope with you

  • Telehealth connectivity and remote access
  • Email notifications and payment services
  • Updates, backups and any integrations

Local AI is not a claim that every feature is offline or that no data ever leaves the appliance. Access, consent, retention and external services are decisions for the whole deployment.

03 / Built from practice

Already part of
a working day.

Sentinel’s clinical configuration is already used in a working practice for scheduling, telehealth, billing and documentation, with local transcription and AI-drafted notes.

It is our most established use case. That experience informs the next deployment; it does not mean every specialty, integration or regulatory requirement has already been covered.

Before a deployment

The questions
worth asking.

Who is Sentinel EMR for?

Independent clinical practices that want practice workflows and local AI on infrastructure they control. Our experience comes from a working clinical practice. We assess your specialty, team, workflows and existing systems before agreeing a deployment.

Does the AI make clinical decisions?

No. Transcription and note drafting assist documentation; they do not replace clinical judgement. AI output can contain errors or omissions. The clinician must check the source material, correct the draft and approve the final record.

Is everything offline?

Local transcription and model inference can run on the appliance after setup. Telehealth, remote access, email, payments, updates and off-site backups can require network connections or external services. We document those dependencies and data flows for your configuration.

Can it replace our existing EMR?

That needs a scoped assessment, not a promise on a website. We review your record formats, migration needs, integrations, staff workflows and retention requirements. Data migration and specialist integrations are not assumed to be included or ready-made.

Does local processing make us compliant?

No. GDPR, HIPAA and other obligations depend on your organisation, jurisdiction and deployment. Access controls, consent, retention, contracts, backups and operating procedures all need review. This page does not claim a compliance certification or clinical-outcome validation.
